SPONGE CAKE

We are very happy to make your favourite flavour of sponge for cupcakes and celebration cakes. Please note that, in order for shaped fondant covered cakes to look good and hold their shape, we use a madeira cake recipe. Madeira sponge has a denser texture than a traditional fluffy sponge cake but is still delicious.
 

Should you not require a madeira sponge, please let us know, as we have alternatives.
